Job Brief
We’re looking for a results-driven Customer Service/Sales Representative to
actively seek out and engage customer prospects. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
Primary Responsibilities
- Build a strong customer base and forge relationships with customers
- Understand and walk customers through the sales process
- Attend office meetings and training exercises
- Inside/outside sales and direct marketing
- Accurately track sales and customer interactions
- Create and manage customer accounts
- Walk customers through the on-boarding process
- Use of tablets and touchless technology
- Report to office manager
Requirements of Position
Education: At least Secondary school diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 related working experience
Salary: $16.00 to $18.00 for 24-40 hours per week (plus bonus pay)

- Sales, Marketing, Admin or Customer Service experience a strong asset
