We are a world fire and rescue service - one of the greatest firefighting and salvation organizations in the world.
It is assessed on a case-by-case basis but some general indicators are:
1) If the building has occupancy and it is 4 stories or above.
2) Commercial, one-story buildings, small, medium, andlarge businesses will typically be non-ULC.
3) The exception to this would be high risk businesses such as bakeries, restaurants, anywhere that works with open flames.
ULC certification will be provided upon request, after which it will take approximately 7-10 days for completion. An additional charge (included in our monthly fee) will be applied for the ULC certificate.
